All Sales Are Final: Due to the artisanal nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, BLK Sunflower does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Sale Items: Items purchased clearance sale events are final sale and ineligible for replacement or store credit.
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours for in stock items. During high-volume periods or collection launches, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will be notified if this happens.
Lost/Stolen Packages: BLK Sunflower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Liability: Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, BLK Sunflower is no longer responsible for transit delays caused by weather or carrier issues.
