Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn. Let the wax melt evenly to the edges for a smooth burn. Keep your space calm by burning no longer than 4 hours at a time. Enjoy the peace, then relight when ready.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Should the package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either reship the order (additional shipping fees apply) or issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping fee.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected]. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
